have some coffee, 1 or 2 glasses not tooo much.
eat a healthy breakfast, with lots of protein (milk, meat, eggs)
stretch your muscles, 10 min. of mild exercise is actually proven to help wake you up.

Take a short sleep even for 2 hours then after work sleep early so that you get a normal nights sleep. 2 hours is better then nothing. If you can not sleep on such short notice then at least rest with closed eyes put an alarm or someone to wake you just in case you will sleep. Go to sleep now but not for the full two and a half hours. This will make you especially drowsy. Try an hour instead.

Throughout the day, keep moving! Take short 5-10 minute breaks and move your muscles. If it is chilly, go outside. The brisk air should wake you up.
