My friend got hit in the face with a soccer ball on saturday and it left a bruise above and below her eye. She was really confused after that and today, her nose started bleeding in class and she said she had a bad headache and felt dizzy. Before this all happened, she had difficulty sleeping and had bad headaches too but today was the first time she had a nosebleed. She has been hit in the nose before with a soccer ball. She won't freaking listen to me and I need some help persuading her to see one. also, what could be wrong with her.?Health Question & Answer

first of all did she vomit.? because if you have a concussion there should be vomitting but if not i guess she would be ok.. dont worry nose bleeds may just be because she got hit below her eye and it also affected the nose. another reason to get a nose bleed is that you are too stressed and you have a brain tumor lol but i dont think she has cancer in her brain. so dont worry.Health Question & Answer
this is definitely a concussion. look up concussions online and you will find the syptoms shes experiencing. i know because my daughter just had to go to the hospital after being hit in the head with a crystal picture frame. it turned out that she had a concussion and the doctor gave me a list of warning signs and i know for a fact that nose bleeds was one of them. she absolutely has to go to the ER. the most serious sign and symptom of concussion is confusion. she should be taking this very seriously. concussions can either be mild or severe but either way they MUST not be taken lightly. youre talking about an injury to the brain. if you have a bad enough concusion and you got hit hard enough her brain cold be bruised and that can cause severe bleeding. it can come from your nose and ears. i would suggest she goes to the doctore and gets a cat scan asap.Health Question & Answer
