my doc told me nothing just to do a stretch it comes randomly when i was getting an explanation from my math teacher it acted up and i went AHHHH! loudly and it freaked him out lol but anyways i dont know what the hell is wrong with me im only 13 the pain spots are lower shoulder and lower back its very painful im taking Excedrin back ache and icy hot patches what is wrong with me and what can i do to help it.?Health Question & Answer
