Good cure for a hangover?!

Question: Good cure for a hangover.?

I suppose I drank a bit too much last night and now I feel really crappy. Anybody know of a good way to cure the dizziness, shaking, and urge to vomit.?

A hangover is basically caused from dehydration, when the alcohol evacuates the excess water from your system. (anyone have to urinate alot when they're drinking.?)

Drink plenty of fluids- poweraid, gatoraid, water, that sort of thing. After a little while you'll be back to your old self.Health Question & Answer

Some people say that drinking a bit more helps. I've never tried it, because I'm usually feeling too sick to try it.

Drink a lot of water, eat something dry to absorb the leftover alcohol in your stomach(toast, etc.), and take an aspirin, if it's been a while since you drank.

Drinking 30 years straight, best cure keep drinking, gets rid of it fast, never had a hang over, but quiting was h--- !!!!! I don't do it much any more age got me.

Next time try to drink a big glass of water before bed after you drink a lot. Throwing up might help if you really feel like you gotta.Health Question & Answer
