Last week I fell over, I had ice instantly on my left knee, because it was stiff and i was unable to move it..
It instantly swelled and was a deep red shade.
Ever since then, my knee is extremely swollen, i am unable to touch it, or bend it properly, my toes are unable to bend properly, and its like a burning pain on it... any chance anyone knows whats wrong, or how i can UN-swell it.. or make the burning pain stop .?

Answers:
you need to get some P/T on it.

you may have buckled the knee and possibly torn some meniscus or ligament damage for it to be like that all week.

usually a bruise lasts only for a few days but it sounds like you did something a lot more than that.

you will need to go visit a chiropractor to get things checked out for safety sakes. he can do the P/T as well. let him check things out to make sure it is nothing more serious than that.Health Question & Answer

alas there is no way of unswelling your knee it has to recover in it's own time you probabaly agitated all nerves running down shin to foot this will heal but will take time you did the right thing on cold compress straight away believe it or not healing time has been shortened by doing so if still tender by end of week or pain gets too much no harm in asking doctor for x-ray to make sure havent chipped patella or shin bone Health Question & Answer

First of all why did you fall over were you dizzy or did you trip. If you blacked out or dizzy you need to see a doctor which you should probably do anyway cuz it sounds like you really hurt it. Don't ignore it you may have really hurt it. Good luck to you.Health Question & Answer
