i had a wound a few days back,on my knee. and now its in the proccess of healing and i noticed some white dots on the open wound. its about this big ---> o

Make sure you clean it.
Clean it with peroxide then rubbing alcohol.
If it doesn't get any better within the next two days
Visit your doctor they might be able to presribe something
that will make it heal better.
