Question: I can't sleep. i stay up later each night than the night before..?
any advice.? i seem to be on a 30 hour schedule each day. it keeps rotating. Health Question & Answer

-bananas
-warm milk
-turkey meat

only a professional can really help you out, but as for my advice, I say try to calm down a bit. maybe your brain is just overprocessing and you don't have time to think. listen to some jazz/ambient chill if you're into that, oh man it helps me so much *www.shoutcast.com*. also get exercise so you feel more tired later on.

for me, it's all or nothing for sleep. I feel rested after either 7 hours or 1 hour, but anywhere inbetween I feel absolutely exhausted. Health Question & Answer
