What kind of leg injury do you guys think this is?!

Question: What kind of leg injury do you guys think this is.?
A few months ago I injured my leg doing a squat ( No weights or anything). I didn't stretch and I did the squat really fast and something happened to my leg. I didn't and still don't got health insurance to get it checked out and I sure as hell wasn't going to go to the ER because that's for people who really need the medical attention. So I was left wondering what exactly happened to my leg, and I still don't have an idea or know if it's bad for my future leg health.

Anyways I was in agony for a week and had trouble walking and even getting on my bad leg. Well after a few weeks it healed to the point where walking was tolerable. Now I could walk with no pain, but I feel pain and pressure sometimes or something( don't know how to describe it) in my knee or upper leg area ( It's hard to pin-point) when I do squats with added weight. also, when I do squats on one leg, the bad leg shakes and I feel pressure in it.

What is wrong with my knee and what can I do to make it better.

Granted, I know none of you are doctors and I know that's what a lot of you will say, but out of injuries you seen in your life, what would you guess that this is.?

Thank you so very much I really appreciate it.Health Question & Answer

you have probably pulled a muscle or tendon. I would go to the doctors to check it out, its not going to hurt at all and it will hopefully put your mind a rest! It doesnt sound like a fracture to me. good luckHealth Question & Answer

A few years back I tore my calf muscle. Was in a lot of pain. Felt like it was cramping all the time. You could have torn a muscle and in time it will heal but the knee thing that's a good one. Age can be a factor as to why your knee hurts. I would ice the area take ibuprofen and message it. Keep as much pressure as you can off the bad leg until it heals much better. I would stop with the squats for now. Heal up and then start back in slowly and remember to stretch and warm up before doing any type of exercise. Good luck and I hope you can find some relief.
