Question: Muscles hurt from excercise good or bad.?
Is it really bad that my muscles are hurting and aching from the walking I'm doing.? Like my legs, arms and some of my stomach muscles are achy after walking, I just wanted to make sure this is okay.? I'm walking 7 miles a day. also what is a remedy for this aching.?Health Question & Answer

When you experience ache and pain it is the body language which tells you I had enough. So give your body a break and don't exert too much and try the 7 miles every other day. Pretty normal. That's due to muscle tear. If the pain gets unbearable, see a doctor. You might have sprained/strained something.
