Question: How to get rid of sore muscles from working out.?
i was doing a lot of parkour yesterday and i ended up getting myself a really sore butt and legs any way i can make myself less sore not through medication cant take any due t another medication Health Question & Answer

Well when you work out, you are tearing your muscles, and protein rebuilds them back bigger/stronger. But you have to give them a day of healing for that to work. Thats why most people work out upper body one day, then lower the next. im not sure what parkour is, but if its only your lower body your working out, then you should take a day off inbetween, your muscles WILL be sore for awhile, but you will have to tough it out and eventually there wont be any pain.
