I have found that ibuprofen, paracetamol and codiene work for the pain but it is best to go to the doctors for antibiotics and let them help as it will need to be drained and healed. also taking zinc and multivitamins are good to help healing and staying healthy. I have also had suggestions of manuka honey smeared over the top can help although I have not tried it. Or any honey will do. also keep the area very clean and make sure any hairs do not get into the infected area as it can cause more infection.Health Question & Answer
