Question: Hey i damaged alll the musles in my shoulder n neck,now my right shoulder has dropped..? pic included..?

wil it ever go back up to meet my left shoulder...its really effecting my self asteam.i wont were any t-shrits dat av no sleeves..i am in physiotherapy at d moment...she said it will go back up but its been 5 or 6 months since its happened....pic included...its a really bad pic of me but sur hu cares
