Most likely sitting to long at the computer. Your joints will stiffen up big time if you do not move them periodically. and the stairs are not that great if its the only time you get up, because the movement going up and down the stairs will increase the strain on your joints. Especially if you are over weight at all. Try getting up every 10 minutes or so and stretch out, walk around a bit. Better yet go outside and take a short walk. You will feel worlds better. You can also try a different chair or even standing in front of the computer for awhile. Health Question & Answer
