Could you give some reasons as to why you might be experiencing this.? Perhaps you have been involved in an activity that requires excessive use of the shoulder like baseball or weight training.?Health Question & Answer
This sounds like cartilage in your shoulder that is "popping" every time your shoulder moves. It "pops" because it is being "flicked" by the bones on each side of it.
This happens a lot in people's joints, and usually an anti-inflammatory drug like ibuprofen can help. If that doesn't help, a doctor may suggest a minor surgery to shave down the cartilage.
I would still get this checked out though, because it could be a mild displacement of your joint, or other symptoms. Good Luck though!Health Question & Answer

get a real good deep tissue massage or acupressure. you might have tight muscles or knots in them that may make that clicking. the deep tissue massage and acupressure should kneed out the knots and send good blood flow and oxygen to your muscles. :) take an aspirin, tylenol or muscle relaxer (as directed by your physician)
tightened muscles can cause the joint to be pulled/pushed off kilter. if that doesnt do the trick...see a sports medicine doctor.Health Question & Answer

I doubt it's anything too severe. However, if it starts to hurt, go in right away.
