Answers:
When you go to bed, be sure to each a snake high in carbs, 2-4 hours before bed. Then wash up and get to sleep. Make sure clocks are not facing you, and be sure to sleep in a colder climate, as it helps you get into a deeper, truer sleep. Make sure you alarm clock isn't very agravating, as it could make you very tired in the morning. When you wake up wash your face, or take a shower with 68 degree water, or a little more if its freezing. Drink coffee, or a caffinated drink. And eat a good whole grain breakfast, no bageals, but EAT SOMETHING!

Hi,

I was just diagnosed with the sleep disorder known as sleep apnea.

One effect of this disorder is never getting proper rest and then having extreme trouble getting up in the morning

There are two or three causes of this disorder. You need to go to your doctor and ask him/her to refer you to a sleep disorder clinic.

In my case, after some testing, I discovered that my sleep is being disturbed about 75 times an hour all night long. I never consciously wake up when this happens.

Sleep apnea can lead to other disorders or diseases, primarily problems with the cardiovascular system, such as stroke and heart attack.

I am being prescribed the use of a machine to use when I sleep that provides positive air flow into the lungs and prevents the disturbances that reduce the effectiveness and restfulness of my sleep.

So go see your doctor. If it is sleep apnea your life will change dramatically for the better.
