Question: Whats happening to me.? Its really painful, please help.?

Well about a week ago, i wasn't eating propperly, and i would have about 2 small meals a day.
Now, im eating fine! but my stomach hurts when im near to getting full, and in bed, when i lie on my back, it hurts!
Whats happening and how can i stop it.?
