Question: I just got periarthritis on my left lower part of the shoulder.Can anyone tell me advice to get over it fast.?
It hurts and I need to work and carry things and travel. I know about applying heat as this might also happen from a "cold" muscle. I do not want to take pain killers or have a cortisone shot.

I'm sorry, but there's no 'fast cure' for this. Exercise the muscles, get physical therapy and apply heatpacks...that's all you can do.
PS. Don't do cortisone shot. It's usually not even worth it as it doesn't do much and can cause delay in healing. I did nothing for me except cause more pain.Health Question & Answer
