Ive tried Sudafed and Vicks nasal spray but my little sore nose is still so blocked and i only got two hours sleep last night. I got uni tomorrow and need some rest but i cant breathe when i lie down. HELP!!!!

ok try this...whenever i need to go to sleep i put on those nose strips for bedtime. They help you breath better..On some people it might work and other it wont..they have size small med and large depending on size of your nose. You can get it at HEB or Walmart or basically any store that has medication..You leave it on all night and its like a sticker, it sticks to your nose and doesnt come off until you peel it off..try it out and good luckHealth Question & Answer
I once had the same problem. My doctor sent me for an operation to remove the polyps in my nasals. It is done by laser under general anaesthetic, but it isnt very pleasant. Anyway, i no longer have problems with my nasals. It turns out that Vicks actually made it worse.Health Question & Answer
Try one of those things you put on your nose. I forgot what it's called, but football players use it so it can open up the nasal passages to breathe better. also try tylenol cold and flu. It works wonders.Health Question & Answer
Try drinking chamomile tea with a bit of ginger. It soothes nasal tissues. also, use a humidifier.Health Question & Answer
