It started yesterday afternoon. We had a field hockey game and i was playing defense durning warmups and as soon as i crouched down to recieve the ball, i felt this terribale pain in my lower back. it hurts to crouch/bend down, to sit down, or to lay down. the pain has contuined today... i have been taking ibprofen but it hasnt really helped. do you think i could have hurt it durning field hockey.? what do you think is the cause of it.?.?.? and what should i do about it cause it really hurtsss.?Health Question & Answer
