Actually, light excercise is a really good way of working it out of your system, if ever im feeling sick i go for a walk and it always does the trick.Drink loads of fluids (if youre not a water drinker, fruit teas or herbal teas can help detox your body), eat plenty fruit and veg and get a good nights sleep, you should be feeling better in no time.Health Question & Answer

Plenty of water...
Good food, inc. veg's and fruit...soups (easy to digest)
No alcohol
Good amount of sleep

Avoid exercise as it puts unnecessary, strain on your body and immune system. You won't gain anything by exercising, also, you won't lose a gains you have made by taking a few days off! Health Question & Answer

Make sure you are drinking lots of fluids, get a decent night's sleep, and take some multi-vitamins. Make sure your not eating tonnes of crap food, and get some nice green veggies in you, and some fruit too.
Light exercise can be good as well, so go for a brisk walk, (but wrap up though!).
If this carries on, you may wanna go see the doc to check your not anaemic or anything.Health Question & Answer

Drink plenty of fluids, walk short distances and ask your lover to give you a massage, take it slowly and build your strength up, in a week or so you will be back to your normal self.Health Question & Answer

vodka and sex Bell, it's the only way.Health Question & Answer
