Is it normal to have bones slightly longer/bigger on your right side?!

Question: Is it normal to have bones slightly longer/bigger on your right side.?
Recently I found that my skull was slightly big on the right side, it doesn't look too bad you can barely see the shape but only feel the bone. I was shocked at the start like few months ago since then i have found other parts such as my ankle, the little bone behind your ear where your jawline meets with the back of the ear(not sure what it's called) was also big(again not so big but slightly its hard to tell for someone except me) All of them were the one on my right part of the body. So is this normal.? I didn't have any kind of pain all this time untill now Im getting pain(not really bad) in my right knees. I can still walk like normal but whenevr I sleep sideways and bend my knees that's when it hurts. Im planning to see the doctor very soon. But in that mean time i wanted to clear thses questions out of my mind because I've got exams coming up in about a week(im in yr12) its really bothering me, its hard to study with all these questions in my mind. Answers:
It could be normal right now. The reason that I say it that way is because your body is still growing and changing.

In the mean time til you can get to your doctor to see what they say I would recommend letting your mom know what's going on so that she can help keep an eye on the situation.Health Question & Answer
