im not sure of any technical words sorry but my down below area has been sore and when i wee it hurts a bit and is quite hard to do so.? i have not however had any more discharge than normal.? what is it and how do i get rid of it.?Health Question & Answer

The only way to get rid of it would be to see a doctor. You need antibiotics because you have an infection. It's a bladder infection or UTI, which stands for Urinary Tract Infection. Without antibiotics it will not go way, and you must take ALL the pills, or else it'll just come right back.
Call your regular doctor to make sure s/he can take care of this, or if you need to see a gynecologist. This is really common, and it's nothing to be embarrassed about. We women get these all the time. If it gets a lot more uncomfortable, or if you start peeing blood, you'll have to go in to your "Urgent Care" or the ER of a hospital. Hopefully it won't be that bad, and you can wait till tomorrow. In the future, drink cranberry juice and lots of water. In fact, start doing that right now.
