Question: Knee really swollen.?
ok so i had a dance tonight and took some advil b4 i went cuz iknew it would hurt so i did. but its like swollen 4x it normally is (welll.. its usually swollen but its more swollen now).. what should i do 2 take swelling down.?

Put ice on an injury for swelliing.
You could also wrap it in an elastic bandage if you know not to put it on too tight and start from the lower part wrapping to the higher part.Health Question & Answer
