You may have a urinary track infection, or simply an over active bladder. If I were you, first I would see a Urologist. Then I would see a Gastrointologist about the stomach. You are probably sleepy and dizzy because you are low on potassium, and your sodium levels can drop to low. You'll need some blood work to find that out. Are you getting any leg muscle cramps.? Low potassium will cause that. The sodium levels will make you dizzy and sleepy. I wouldn't let that go on for much longer young lady. Bananas are loaded with potassium, so eating one a day will help and take some Sodium Chloride Pills,1 Gram which equals 1000 mg's, and are at most Pharmacies. You didn't say what Doctor's you've seen, but unless they are the kind I mentioned to you, you are wasting money going to regular Doctors and still suffering. Wishing you the very best young lady and the best of luck in finding the problem and getting it corrected, you've suffered enough. Health Question & Answer

You are describing classic symptoms of elevated blood sugars, such as caused by diabetes. Go back and ask for a blood sugar test, and if ONE happens to be normal, ask for a "hemoglobin A1C" test. That test can detect if you have been running high blood sugars during the last 60 days.

Keep drinking LOTS of plain water, avoid all sugared sodas and sweets for now. Eat lots of high protein foods, less carbohydrates. (meat, cheese, nuts, yogurt) GET CHECKED OUT again, SOON. Good luck to you and God bless.Health Question & Answer

sorry,, don't know what's going on. don't think its smoking.

try another doctor regarding your symptoms. what on earth is the doctor giving you.? please see another doctor. could be so many things that it's very difficult to tell. they should run a series of tests for your symptoms. blood, urine lab and cardio to start.

please ask your doctor to run some blood tests immediately.
Good health to you. remember that the 'squeaky wheel gets greased'. sometimes you have to get upset at the doctor if it seems he's not listening. take care!Health Question & Answer

if you do not have a history of bladder or urinary infections I would say you may have an over active bladder. Have the docs given you meds for that.?Health Question & Answer

Your adrenal glands are failing. This is the opposite of diabetes.

When they fail, they cannot produce enough of the hormones cortisol and aldosterone. A lack of aldosterone will cause someone to pee straight after taking in liquids. They cannot hold onto any water and they lose heaps of weight. This hormone is responsible for holding salt in the body, so without it, sodium is forced out of the body and due to osmotic balance potassium must leave the cells also. Fluid volume and blood pressure fall and the person experiences dizziness.

A lack of cortisol causes symptoms similar to yours. The person will start to get abdominal pain which is accompanied by diarrhea and extreme nausea. Before all this, the patient will experience extreme fatigue and feel like they have not had any sleep after waking up in the morning. Unrefreshed.

Over 95% of the gland must be non-functioning to show up anything notable on blood tests. Your doctor may not have found anything by doing the standard routine tests. Further tests are needed as mentioned below.

Go to the ER and demand your sodium and cortisol levels. A urine mineralocorticoid analysis and possible ACTH stimulation test. They will also check your blood sugar levels which I imagine to be low. If your sodium levels are even marginally low and you have excess potassium excretion demand a trial of hydrocortisone to see if you feel better.Health Question & Answer
