My shoulder hurts even when im just sitting here.. It hurts to move it and its pretty hard to move.. my shoulder looks a lil outa line but i dont know if its always been like that.. .? whats wrong.?Health Question & Answer

Partial dislocations might feel like that. I'd have that checked out quickly, because some joint damage could occur and result in a pleasant case of arthritis.
I had something similar and it got worse as the day wore on. It finally did reduce itself as I pulled into the hospital parking lot. It felt a lot better, because the active pain subsided into a dull ache.

Sounds like you need to do some stretching. Look up some shoulder stretches on the internet and then start them slowly. also, take some ibuprofen.
