Last night, I hit my head pretty hard getting into our van. It hurt for awhile, but the pain has almost went away. I have a bump on the top of my head but it's not a major bump. It still hurts. Any ideas on what I should do.?Health Question & Answer

I would take some advil and put some ice on it. (frozen peas work well)
next time wear a helmet :)
