um some how i really doubt it was a seizure.
its called shock.
i've had this happen to me on several occasions.
-9 years old i fell off a swing set and broke my arm and i got up quick then passed out
-16 running to catch the subway and fell spraining my ankle got up then passed out
-just a month ago whacked my foot on a chair leg which resulted in 2 broken toes and then passed out.
-when ever i hurt my self i feel light headed but i'm usually fine but those 3 times i recall that i did actually pass out.

Did this just occur.? Did you call the emergency phone number for your doctor after hours number.? It could be that she hit a nerve in her leg that sends messages to the brain. If this has just happened, and you just contacted your doctor on call for your office, I would bring her into emergency immediately.Health Question & Answer
Did they refer her to a neurologist.? If not, consult your pediatrician and find out why. If she is under 5 and had a fever, it could have been a febrile seizure which is not really dangerous and will be outgrown. I don't know that the leg injury would have been related, perhaps coincidental.?Health Question & Answer
I think you have the time line wrong She had a seizure and hit her leg. Of course now is the time to find out what caused the seizure
