Have you had a cold or a cough lately, have you been coughing a lot.?
If yes. Happens to me all the time. I have chronic bronchitis and I tend to cough all the time, when I cough more than usual the top of my head gets bruised from coughing.
And then when I cough I get this horrible pain on my head. As soon as I stop coughing takes about 3 days to heal and it goes away.
If it continues after 3 days go to see a doctor.
