Question: Skin suture/depression scar.?
I have two suture/depression scars on my forehead from a fall a few years back.
I know it can be treated with Collagen and Retinol/Retinoic acid but I was wondering if these scars will fade away in time without any special treatment.?

They will slowly fade over time, but the amount of time it would take depends on how deep the cuts were and how well they were treated when healing; some may last the rest of your life whereas others can be gone within a few years. Any sort of cream with Vitamin E in it will help to reduce the appearance of scars, I found Bio Oil to be quite good. Health Question & Answer
Massage the area with some type of oil or cream. My surgeon said that the type of cream doesn't matter it is the massage that does the trick.Health Question & Answer
