I "dealt" with migraines on my own for 3 years to no avail. finally went to the doctor and they have helped me the most.

John reminded me of the fact that if you know your migraine triggers that can certainly help.
I learned my triggers are skipping meals or not eating meals on time, lack of sleep, if there is a storm front coming I get a headache but not much you can do about that! if you have migraines you will want to avoid some things like caffeine, pizza can trigger migraines unfortunately, chocolate, etc.Health Question & Answer

For me when I get the first symptoms that a migraine is coming, it usually involves some cloudiness around parts of my eye, It usually means that I am dehydrated, I immediately start drinking lots of water and this usually avoids the migraine.Health Question & Answer
