the right side of my jaw is hurting really bad i can open my mouth but it really hurts and i cant open it wide so is it sprained or what might of happened to it btw its been about 4 months since my jaw hurts its getting worse should i go to the doctors.?
by the way don't tell me its tetanus cause i have the vaccine for it

It's definitely just a case of TMJ, commonly referred to as lock jaw. Its a very common problem that the majority of the population experiences from time to time. It sounds like it may be TMJ (temporal mandibular joint) pain. If your jaw is out of allignment it can be extremely painful. Your doctor can tell you what is wrong. If it is TMJ pain it can be easily cured without a lot of drugs. In any case you should really see your doctor.Health Question & Answer
