I'm 19 and the worst headaches I've experienced were because of caffeine withdrawal and teeth problems (wisdom teeth moving, braces, retainers, ahh!) but other than that I've never had a headache last more than a day. A headache that doesn't go away after a few days can be a sign of neurological problems, ie micro aneurysms or a tumor...serious stuff. Or you might have a spinal problem. But medical doctors agree that after two or three days you should see a doctor to rule out the bad stuff. Health Question & Answer
I've had one for two days but not constant when ungoing a lot of stress due to a death. Most headaches are stress related. Try to think positive and slow down your life as much as you can.
