Question: Any way to make my foot normal again.?
Okay so I don't usually wear boots with heels in the middle of my foot. So after I went jogging with running sneakers my foot started feeling weird. I couldn't bend my foot normally, like when you walk you bend your foot. So now when I try to bend it and walk normally i feel like there's a muscle in there that is getting pulled and it hurts sometimes. Is there any way i can get my foot back to normal.? Please no pills, medicine (such as Tylenol), thank you.Health Question & Answer

Try foot stretches.. Like rolling your ankle and toe pushes... Wikipedia this part of the answer, im not sure lol. I have the same problem as you after a day at the shops in flats. i hate them! They make me walk weird like dont let me bend my foot when walking or else i get ankle blisters.. The day after my foot gets cramped as in the middle and i feel like i cant stretch it, like you. I thikn you should just stretch frequently for now.. or jjst wait it out. Thats what i do and it usu. goes away ion like 2 days or somehing. GLHealth Question & Answer
