I drank a whole pot of coffee about 6 hours ago which is unusual for me. I usually only have 2-3 cups. Anyways my heart has been hurting for about 15 minutes. It's not heartburn. It's not like chest pain, it feels like it's coming from the inside of my heart.

All that caffeine can make your heart race - called palpitations. Start drinking some water, lots of it to try and flush your system. If you have milk then heat it up and drink some hot milk. Eat something. You can get intoxicated on caffeine.

heart burn can cause chest pain in that area. coffe is a major factor in heart burn... if it gets bad enough you can have chest problems... including the one you speak of.Health Question & Answer
