It is probably infected.
Do you have a low metal/cheap 'earring' in your nose.? Have you had mucus that got caught in the piercing.?
Take the ring out of your nose. And put some hydrogen peroxide on it to clean it.
also put some soothing antibacterial vaseline like lotion on it that also has an anestetic for pain.
^^There is a common brand that I'm having a name blank on!!! But you should be able to get it from any drug store.
If it continues to hurt, than I would see a doctor as the infection can spread to other areas in your face.
