What is a good ankle brace?!


Question: What is a good ankle brace.?
hey... i sprained my ankle recently and am looking for a good brace to get... right now i have a muller brace but it is really cheap and seems not to help... i am looking into getting an Ace tekkzone and was wondering if it was good or if i should look into another... i sprained it yesterday and saturday i go to a theme park and sunday i go to the mountains so i really want a good one...Health Question & Answer

I don't know what a tekkzone is but some of the best ankle braces are the ones you get at a sporting good store. sounds like you're going to be pretty active on your ankle so i'd recommend a mcdavid lace up brace or an aso ankle brace. if you have any questions hit me up on aim dunkindunnHealth Question & Answer
