Random pain in my pelvis?!

Question: Random pain in my pelvis.?
Every day I walk home for lunch from school. But today when I stood up from my seat when the bell rang to go home, I had this random pain in the left part of my pelvis. I think I may have ran it off, but it still feels a bit tense. I'm 13 and have flat feet, if that could be a contributing factor. I think maybe it was from the way I was sitting in my seat in a weird way, but I'm not sure, I can't recall sitting down in a weird way, but I very well could've...

Just askin' to make sure it isn't anything serious, lol... I'm a bit of a worrywart, unfortunately. :PHealth Question & Answer

Flat feet cam affect your pelvis pain, too.

But also, try to stabilize your sacrum. You have to wear a sacroiliac belt, also known as trochanter, belt around your pelvis. It will help you stabilize your pelvis.

There are many SI belts out there, but Serola SI Belt seems to be the best one as far as quality, comfort, and price are considered. Check out their website for more: http://www.serola.net/product_new_sac_be...

I think you can buy directly from their website at: http://serolabelt.com/new-serola-sacroil...

Hope it helps, good luck to you!Health Question & Answer

The problem could be with your hips, but it might seem as it's in your pelvis. Having flat feet misaligns one's lower extremities (lower back, knees and hips), so that may be why.
