Problems with shoulder.?!


Question: Problems with shoulder..?
Last year in football I tore my rotator cuff, and this year, I recently hurt it again in football. I am redoing all of my physiotherapy that I was did 1 year ago. My injury is not as bad as it was then, but I want it to heal as quickly as possible. Does anybody have any experience with this.? I was wondering if anybody knew of any way I could help it heal faster. I will be going to see the doctor again in about a month, but I was wondering what I could do in the mean time other than icing it, and my old physiotherapy excercises. Health Question & Answer

right now im guessing you know the exersizes from the last time you did it but i recently had surgery on my labrum which is the other side of the shoulder.. opposite the rotator cuff and right now you need to eat healthy and get enough sleep... nothing is better than what you eat because that will give you the necessary elements for your body to function at its fullest... higher protein foods will work great and fish is a great food but make sure you get a variety of food too including vegetables and fruit... just by eating right im about a month ahead of where i should be in my recovery and also get good sleep that is when your bodys healingHealth Question & Answer
