Okay,so I have a cold.My nose is plugged,I can't breathe out of it.I also have a headache.

Colds can't be cured, only managed...it will go away eventually. The best you can do is what you are along with plenty of fluids and as much rest or sleep as you can beg borrow or steal...Health Question & Answer
try lemon, eg speaze some lemon into water. Or use lemon squash. You could try paracetamol. and try vicks for your nose. xHealth Question & Answer
