Answers:
put some tea-tree oil in it, it will sting but get it right in there, then rub antiseptic cream or spray (preferably ointment) use the ointment before tea-tree.
do not put a band-aid over it the wound needs to breath, don't pick the scab, and try to resist scratching, reapply the tea-tree oil daily until the wound scab's over, only apply the ointment once.
if you get on your bike and your leg still aches it is better to wait a few more day's rather than to get a worse injury.Health Question & Answer

You can`t do much. Just wait for it to start scabbing. My friend gets a scraped knee at least once every two weeks (he plays a lot of sports) and that`s exactly what he does.
But just wondering, for the fifth line of the question, do you mean liquid poured out your knee (whoop, computer on the fritz. I can`t use question marks)
Because if you do mean that, I`d get to a doctorHealth Question & Answer

wash it with clean water
put soframycin(or any other antiseptc cream)
cover it with thin layer of cotton(stcik with plaster if reqd)Health Question & Answer
