Question: Sore/hurt neck question.?
on the right side of my neck on the back it hurts a lot to lean my head on that side or bring my head up and when i try to stretch my neck it doesnt help, is there anyway to heal it or something to do to help me.?Health Question & Answer

Most important is to buy your self a neck pillow and sleep with it every night. Heat application should help also. If it doesn't get any better go see a physiotherapist for treatment.Health Question & Answer
