Think I need Stitches?!

Question: Think I need Stitches.?
I cut my finger on a razor, and the cut is wider than it is deeper, will I have to get stiches, or can I man it out with bandage changing, neosporin, and peroxcide.?

These were taken while I was changing bandages earlier

The fact that its right on the tip of your finger (that's what the pics showed, right.?), right on a bed of nerves, and the blood trails you've got would seem to be a big cause of worry. But if the skin can fold over to where it used to be, it'll probably stay there. Stitches are for wounds that don't look like the skinn will come back together naturally and settle down where it used to be. And a little tip: 'manning it out' avoids a hefty hospital visit fee. Even with decent insurance, it could be the most expensive band-aid you've ever paid for.Health Question & Answer

Keep it bandaged with neosporin; it doesn't look to me like it needs stitches. The sides of the cut will naturally stick back together and heal. But the bandage and antibiotic ointment are important.
BTW it will heal faster if you soak it in hot water for 5 minutes 3 times a day, after it has stopped bleeding that is. You can follow up with cold water. Health Question & Answer

Can't tell. All your pics show is a bloody mess, and the amount of blood can be deceiving. If you feel you need stitches, go get them. If not, "man it out".Health Question & Answer

Doesnt look that bad... Hold your hand over your head to stop the bleeding. After it stops tape it upHealth Question & Answer
