Question: How do you get ear fluid to drain.?
I can't take a decongestant because I take antidepressants and for some reason you're not supposed to take them together but this fluid drains little by little yet it won't come out all the way and I have a flight to catch in 4 days!Health Question & Answer

I've never heard of not being able to take decongestants with antidepressants. If you're worried about that, I'd go talk to a pharmacist and find out what's safe for you to take.
None of the peroxide things people suggested will work because you don't have an external ear condition... it's not a wax issue. The fluid is in your middle ear behind your ear drum. Health Question & Answer

Try using waxsol, you put a few drops into your ear and leave it there for a while, it mightn't work, but it's an inexpensive method and worth a try!

Lay on your side and squeeze a few drops of peroxide in your ear. wait 5 min and turn over and do the other side. It loosen the ear junk and is enteraining while you do it.Health Question & Answer
use an eyedropper and drop some rubbing alcohol or the stuff you clean contact lenses. or, you could put a Q-tip in your ear and slowly rotate it in your ear until the water drains out.Health Question & Answer
Use and eyedropper and drop some rubbing alcohol into your ear. That gets rid of swimmer's ear, but I'm not sure if it will work with what you have. Give it a try though. Health Question & Answer
