Maybe try TUMS, full glass of water, or a hot drink. Anyway, after 3 days, you won't feel it any more.Health Question & Answer
Drink a lot of water. about an hour before bed so you can process it and get a full feeling. Water can trick the brain into feeling full for a short time. At least long enough to get you to sleep.
On a side note...watch the seroquel, lots of lawsuits. It's a nasty nasty med that has been messing up a lot of people. Health Question & Answer

If you are fasting traditionally you should only be drinking water.
Drink right before you go to bed... although nature might wake you up in the middle of the night.
How long have you been fasting.? If this is your first fast perhaps it may be too long.? Hunger pains come and go.Health Question & Answer

I agree with others that say to drink water before you go to bed, but I wanted to add, try warm water. For some reason the warmth helps you feel full more than cold water does.
