What to do? What is this problem?!

Question: What to do.? What is this problem.?
Well, I am really skinny. I am 5'9 and like only 110. was 105 before 3 weeks or so. But i cant inc wait more then this. All the time i get my weight to around 110 and something happens. I been like this for 4 years now and I am tired of being skinny.

So i started exercising but I dont know some time I just have to sit down and relax sometime. Today I pulled muscle or what I dont know what its called. Maybe its not muscle pull something else. Cause after I finished some set my forearm feel like they were stiffened. Yea that happens its normal but after that i feel like my whole arm got numb. I first thought I got dehyrated but no.

What actually happens is I cant even lift my arm or lift the water bottle. When i did i couldnt open it. I couldnt get the grip to open the bottle. It was like my arms were so weak and I feel like if i try more harder I might pull my vains in my arms. It already happens once that while lifting (stuff from uncle store) i got so weak arms and legs that I littery couldnt move. And all my arms and legs vains started to pull.

So if i dont exercise how can i gain weight >< and if i do this thing happens to me. So I dont know how to explain more clear cause I dont know what is happining. So if you know please help.

Answers:
Exercise to put weight on.? Normally we exercise to take weight off. You burn the calories when you exercise, so eventually end up burning the fat, which means you loose the fat and define the muscles. Therefore, you need to look at your diet, because if you are loosing weight while exercising, you are running on empty. If you are running on empty, then you will feel weak. The body needs fuel, which we find in food, but if you are not keeping the fuel intake up, then the body will start to literally digest itself and when that happens you get weak.
