yesterday me and a guy hooked up and he rubbed my cliitoris for about 4 hours on and off and now it is extremely sensitive and if touched i feel excruciating pain

He probably just rubbed it for way to long. 4 hours sounds pretty excessive.
Give it a day or two. It will feel just fine. Just leave it alone and don't touch it.

OMG!! 4 HOURS!! Why would you let him do that for that long.? The clitoris is a very sensitive area (as I'm sure you know by now). Take your finger and rub a spot on your arm for 4 hours and see how sore that spot gets. Same concept, except that your clitoris is much more sensitive. If it doesn't get any better, I'd call the doctor and get it checked out. Now you know to not let someone do that for that long. Health Question & Answer
