How would you stop your feet from hurting?!


Question: How would you stop your feet from hurting.?
I recently started a new job where I am standing and lifting up to 50lbs for eight hours.

On my first day I wore my most comfortable, orthopedic shoes but at the end of the day my ankles/legs/knees and hips all hurt. Two days later my feet were still hurting.

I am not over weight, and am pretty healthy, but my life was much more sedentary before I started my job.

What would you recommend, for me to do, to stop my whole lower body from hurting me for days.?

You will get used to it after a few days. But I like to the gel insoles in my shoes they seem to help a lot, also standing on a floor mat if you can helps to. Hang in there get plenty of rest and take care of yourself and in a few days it won't seem so bad.Health Question & Answer

BECAUSE U JUST STARTED TO LIFT THIS AMOUNT OF WEIGHT YOUR WHOLE BODY WILL BE SORE UNTIL U GET USED TO IT JUST LIKE WHEN U FIRST START TO WORK OUT IT HURTS EVERYWHERE.
