Question: Wondering if i should still run with a pulled muscle.?
I recently pulled my hamstring, I was wondering if I should still continue running.? I usually run 5km-2km everyday, some days i run hills, some days i run intervals and some days i run a slower pace. anyways if you think i should stop could you provide me with some alternatives.?Health Question & Answer

one of my friends pulled their muscle and they tried to run on it and it just made it worse. so i suggest not running because you don't want to hurt it even more. just give it a week or so rest and then see how you feel!Health Question & Answer
