I'm just like that. The only way I can actually get some sleep when I need it is when no one is around and It's completely pitch black in my room. Lately I've been getting weak because I'm not getting the nutrition from the sun that everyone really needs. So everyday, I make sure there's still about and hour of light left outside when I wake up, and I go take a walk. Taking the walk will absorb the rays from the sun you need, and it's great exercise. After I do that, I eat something like a sandwich Lol...I don't really want something big at the time. So try sleeping in a dark, cool, noiseless room with plenty of room and ventilation and you should get some good sleep! I hope I helped!Health Question & Answer

i can sleep at any time if im tired enough. i just started nights in august and it hasnt been that bad. i heard a lot of people use blackout curtains. some people just cant handle the schedule of sleeping during the day. you can always try to switch to days.Health Question & Answer

Well, you should start with a nice relaxed 'wind-down' procedure to get yourself calm and ready for sleep. Then, about 4 glasses of sweet Kentucky bourbon, your lids should be drooping. If that fails, then try horse tranqs.Health Question & Answer
