ok idk what happend but my wrist hurts and never stops cracking. I know its not broken cause i never fell or anything, should i c a doctor or what.?Health Question & Answer

If it is different then your other wrist and no explanation then yes you need and evaluation, cracks and pops of the wrist when it is rotated or twisted is not in of itself abnormal. I would try an active wrist wrap that can be made cold or hot and some biofreeze massaged in 3 x day and see if that helps first.Health Question & Answer
